David Crutchfield is a Sales Advisor with a passion for water sports and water related activities. David has over 35 years of experience on the water, from fishing, to tubing, surfing, wakeboarding, skiing and many others. David has been able to master Wake boats, Pontoons, Bay Boats and Deep Sea fishing Boats! All of this experience and knowledge comes from growing up on the Lake and on the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida where he was born and raised.
David has an extensive history in sales operations, and with this experience he has learned it is all about relationships! David enjoys forming connections with his customers in this great industry, everyone enjoys being on the water. David knows the best way to build a relationship is through honesty, fairness, and the ability to work together to fit the customers true needs.

Josh Brooks has been in the marine industry for 15 years. He has excelled in both the sales and service side of the business. Josh has extensive knowledge in the boating industry from growing up on the water with a family Mastercraft boat then working as a yacht captain with Marine Max.
Josh’s passion has stayed with Mastercraft over the years and he is thrilled to be working with Mastercraft again in addition to the other first class brands offered at Dyer Marine.
The Dyer Family has recently purchased Carolina Water Sports in Mooresville. The Dyers have enjoyed boating and water sports on LKN for years, and our goal is to offer the best marine service in the area. Over the winter we have been busy with renovations for sales and service to elevate the customer experience.
